heardofdenialAs I bounce him in and out of various memes, here's just some permissions I can think of/snagged from elsewhere:
Backtagging: Completely fine, since I backtag a lot and for a long while
Threadhopping: Not likely to come up in memes, but sure!
Fourthwalling: Non-serious memes, yes. Serious, let's not.
Assumed CR: Generally good with it. If you aren't sure, PM me.
Hugging: Sure, but if you do it when he doesn't expect it or doesn't know you, he may get mad or just punch you (or pull a gun... he's odd like that)
Kissing: Definitely likely to strike you, but feel free
Flirting: Go ahead, but he may be oblivious that you're doing so
Injuring: Talk to me before hand, but I'll probably be fine with it
Killing: No. This is one of my big rules: NO killing, especially since this is not a character who can come back from the dead

And, as I toss him often enough into adult memes, here's a small kinklist that I'll add on to as I can. However, I'm generally open to most things, so feel free to ask if something isn't listed.
